    <content type="html">So, since my unbelievebly outrageous numbers. (153 *shiver*) I've went down more than 10lbs. I'm now 142.6 lbs. Hurray! I'm loosing like a pound a day. Awesome. I'm going to keep this up until I get to 125.</content>

    <content type="html">I weighed myself this morning. 147. Gross. I don't know how I let myself fucking go. Today has been rough. I've been thinking about pigging out all day. And, I have no energy. I can suck it up. It'll all be worth it when I look at the scale and see the numbers flash 120, then 110. Then I'll be at my goal weight. Blah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is just for me to keep track of my intake.&lt;br /&gt;Blueberry jello- 1 serving 80 calories.&lt;br /&gt;Grape Kool-Aid (no sugar)- 2 cups 0 calories.&lt;br /&gt;Chicken rice soup-1 serving 50 calories&lt;br /&gt;Bread- 1 slice 80 calories.&lt;br /&gt;Total-210.</content>

    <content type="html">Today so far all I've had was chicken rice soup. It has about 70 calories in it. I had piece of bread on the side as well. About 80 calories.&lt;br /&gt;I'm thinking about starting a liquid fast. But, what sucks is I need the support. Blah, I don't know.</content>
